Since 2014, I have worked with professionals across all industries, job functions, and career stages, from early career through C-Suite and Board-level roles. I help clients articulate their experience in a way that is clear, compelling, and aligned with how hiring actually works today.

Meet Lauren
I do this work because I’ve been on the other side of it.
Earlier in my career, I was laid off multiple times and had to navigate the job market quickly and independently while living in New York City. There was no safety net and no margin for error. I had to learn how to position myself clearly, advocate for my experience, and secure opportunities fast.
That experience fundamentally shaped how I think about resumes and job searching. It taught me that success often has less to do with talent and more to do with how well your story is told, understood, and received.
I draw heavily on my background in writing, including my time in college where I wrote a weekly op-ed, as well as my professional experience in the ad tech industry, where clarity, positioning, and narrative matter every day. I currently work full time in ad tech, lead teams, and interview candidates regularly, which keeps me closely connected to how hiring decisions are actually made.
Resume writing is not my full-time job. It’s something I do intentionally and selectively. My business is largely word of mouth, and my services are bespoke by design. I take on clients because I enjoy the work and because helping someone gain clarity, confidence, and momentum during a vulnerable moment makes the experience meaningful.
This work is my way of turning hard-earned lessons into something useful. If I can help someone move forward faster, feel more confident, or see their experience more clearly than they did before, it makes every part of the journey worth it.
